I just watch shows. Don't care which network they come from. :)
Reminds me of that Southpark episode where cartman identifies as a trans person to get his own bathroom in school. :)
I don't watch the news, because it's not like you get unbiased facts - it's the entire behavior of the news anchors and the people, and the editing, that creates a form of programming of people's minds.
It's also almost 100% negative. And you can't affect anything.
I guess people watch it because they are scared of not knowing what's going on? I don't need to know what's going on. If I lived in Thailand, I would miss all western news and it wouldn't matter at all. So why not act like I live in Thailand.
Let me know if the news ever help someone feel better about themselves, or how to get better relationships, how to love people more. Because that's what my life is about. And how to have fun. :)
People are being exploited and screwed over left and right. Piracy is not even a blip on the radar.
If society was built on moral rules and honest behavior, then maybe people should feel bad about pirating. But this society? Lols.
I struggle to even see the difference from slavery on most days.
I got so bored with that movie, but if you like special effects and violence and gore, it's never a dull moment.
It was pretty much completely missing any real emotions at all.
Lol. :)
I wouldn't fight a woman just because she wants it. I would feel horrible beating her up.
You have to understand that just because someone wants something, it doesn't mean they are thinking straight. You shouldn't take advantage of that.
Ah ok. Yeah I guess they don't make it a priority for some reason.
The word consumer is so demeaning... But yes.
Humans are actually the only real producers in the world if you think about it. Everything around you is built by other humans.
We rarely think about that.
It's great how people are gathering and having discussions under heavily censored platforms owned by billionaries, just amazing.
If you look at how many things Google is dominating, it makes sense. You probably don't even think about how dominating they are, but they have global search, global email, global Android, global maps, global tracking of cars, global video service (YouTube), global language translate, global chrome os... It's really hard to even see anything Google is not dominating.
Apple... What, makes the best hardware and makes it's own operating system? That's about it.
The amount of data Google has on us is much worse than that science function has imagined. They are the big brother, knowing every intimate detail about billions of people.
And they have ties to the US intelligence service, and probably have given them direct access to all that data through some patriot act or whatever. It's fine but make no mistake here, apple is nothing compared to that.
