It's literally hard baked into the AmeriKKKa OS

It's a military circle jerk anime that glorifies the JDF more or less and the original writer is a big time nationalist

Gotta love how capitalism so easily and readily uses racism to make money, truly nothing problematic in that, and now we have all of this because of it commercial-district

Also that would have meant white people would have to live in close proximity to brown and black people which is us-foreign-policy

For real though I believe white flight is at least 50% of the reason we have suburbs with the other being a planned psyop by the then growing car industry alongside Eisenhower's interstate development initiatives having no other meat on those bones (i.e. funding for roads/highways but no concept of how people would live and integrate with those roads).

I think the DNC has yet to realize how burnt out the average American voter is and how millennials do not at all have the same brainworms as boomers did nor have the same material conditions behind them, i.e. most millennials don't just want their own bag but also want to live in a stable enough community that properly manages itself (i.e. why the fuck do my taxes pay for public transit but I still have to pay!?).

The democrats have, over the last decade truly isolated themselves from the new majority voting bases, millenials and gen z, and have shown very little incentive to come out and vote. If we weren't a duopoly system hiding as a democracy the DNC would have been swept aside by far more progressive political bodies offering even the most tacit of material changes. This is why Zohran kicked Coumo to the curb is due to offering the most basic of things (such as newborn baby packages, something most other developed and developing countries do, offering rent control, and wanting to make public transit free/affordable).

tldr: the democrats truly smoked from the gas of being a controlled opposition party that they have instilled themselves into the new generations as less than worthless which should have them terrified but most are so old within the establishment they will likely be dead before those consequences come to bite them in the ass.

Truth as well, they really can be driven for at least a decade reliably

Too subtle for Ben's readers, they need to be even more phallic with large double round bases

Yeah those suckers can take a beating and their parts but first and third party can be bought most anywhere for cheap

True though in contrast with Thinkpads you can buy a lower spec model and not worry about soldered ram or in a few cases have the option for a GPU swap out or even CPU swapout/upgrade (this is for the PGA prev gens only though).

MY favorite are their X1 carbons that have the magnesium carbide outer shell that has a nice durable feel to it

Not great for gaming but fantastic for travel.

Yeah for gaming you'd need a thinkpad with a descrete GPU and there are a variety but sadly they're value goes down on the secondhand market much slower. For instance I recently splurged on a previous gen refurbished P16 that came with an nvidia gpu and it does acceptable gaming but nothing crazy like what you'd see from a desktop setup

This isn't really anything new or to be unexpected, especially with how the incoming administration is allowing more or less vocal billy clubbing of corporations that don't fall in line (TikTok more or less being absorbed into Meta and Zuckerberg going mask off fascist and incel) but does anyone else get that sensation or feeling we are about to see a massive effort to suppress or outright destroy specific media especially if we see congress and senate gain a majority under the midterms?

A lot of new media and programming has become, at least tangentially, LGBTQ supportive (especially recent children's media) and I can see this being used alongside anti-communism/wokeism (whatever the fuckism), in a new redscare that will see streaming services outright destroy or write out shows as tax write offs in an attempt to avoid the clubbing.

So yeah guess this has made me even more focused on having physical media be they movies/shows, comics, books (either in disc form or burned on to a personal media server for the sake of preservation) to preserve in case we see a likely repeat of fash book burnings.

Also did not really know where to post this since it encompasses movies, art, literature, politics etc.

Like has anyone else noticed that the protein craze has now phased into selling cheap meat mush sticks as healthy food alternatives at so many paces? You're gym GNC/vitashop shop, swung by a Sprouts and saw them, hell we got them (the Chomps brand ones) at my freakin' Hospital. Gotta love red meats and nitrates coming back big time to give everyone CAD by age 40.

Another interesting, still lib, Conover vid
