16 and 30, whilst barely scraping the line of legality (depending on your location, at that), is colloquially understood to be pedophilia. I don't see why an accusation that details lines such as:
She alleges he referred to her as "the child" during an emotionally abusive and controlling relationship
shouldn't have a CW for pedophilia, as even if it's not technically breaking the law, it is clear that there is an alleged power imbalance that is identical to one of a pedophilic relationship. Does that seem sound?
