I guess I should ask all of you how you got your names, but I have a feeling I already know how, and that just hasn’t happened with me…

I still use my birthname (despite it being overwhelmingly used by guys) or change it by one letter in a way that doesn't effect pronunciation at all. Haven't even gotten to the point of finding another name I'd like to try out (but not really particularly interested in trying to find one either).

Good luck with finding one you that sticks!

What kind of bloodwork are they wanting?

Given cis people use the same medications for other reasons, I'd hope they wouldn't outright block it even if they can? But its not like Republicans care if they hurt others in the process of hurting trans people...

They’re going to die if they don’t pack up their entire lives and never see their family again

Hopefully that's hyperbolic. Not saying its impossible (my state in particular has been building databases of trans people and definitely not for trans people's benefit). Unfortunately, there's a sizable chunk of the population who wanted trans people to suffer more.

They thought Harris was going to win.

Its a campaign that has been running on "fuck you, we don't need your vote" messaging from day 1 towards some of its most loyal voting demographics. The fact that some where projecting it to be even been close was a miracle and was based on a great overestimation of turnout. Its not like Trump did significantly better than 2020.

But he insulted others. He hardly was as vitriolic towards his base demographic.

Spending the first like 2 months campaigning on how she doesn't care about certain demographics' vote (primarily arab and college-age voters, and avoiding any popular policy discussion (only focusing on ways they were shifting further right) until the week of election probably didn't help. Trump got the majority of 1st time voters this cycle. Biden got 64%.

And, just like her campaign, her voters did little but try to insult people. What a surprise... insulting people doesn't convince people to vote for you or your candidate.

But at least dems are unlikely to try blocking adult access in their states or at the national level in the short/medium-term probably.

Has your sense of smell changed as well though?

Is he capable of having a plan of anything anymore?

Is it just dosing or is it also what they prescribed?

But for how long?

yeah, I’d need to be on the lower end of a healthy bmi before I’d feel copmfortble

I'm just trying to get back to not obese after the usual summer weight gain right now, but would like to at least get down to a BMI of 25 - not sure if I've been that low since Elementary school though (maybe briefly after a growth spurt?). Haven't been physically active that much since the summer, so didn't start really losing weight until about 2 weeks ago. Do still want to get back to being physically active though, separate from weight loss. Can't imagine intentionally weight gaining anytime soon, but since I seasonally unintentionally gain weight, I guess that doesn't matter.
