is it easy to create/host a bot to mirror posts from a reddit board?

I have for a while been in a loop of getting on track, facing a small issue, and retreating from too many responsibilities. I think i need to hear some pretty "low level" (idk) advice, how do you pick up the pieces and keep going? How do you cope with feeling like you're constantly catching up, feelings of inadequacy, feelings of guilt for not meeting expectations in the past?

Leaving it broad in the hope this thread gets replies that could help others

Some are invisible on white bg, but this might be way easier to fix on the browser end

Should i take it in somewhere? Buy drives to hold the data? How much $ am i gonna be set back?
