The federal judge presiding over the church’s bankruptcy, Meredith Grabill, at one point ruled that the seal on case-related information was so sacrosanct that it could not be lifted even with respect to Hecker and his potential crimes. I know the feelings of the subjects of the article all too well. I was promoted to mid level manager for a year and hated it. I'll never do it again.
