It’s my lib coworkers favorite subject so I’d have to call out to avoid knowing

Same. Your animal brain wants to survive and your analytical brain has clocked that at some point that is impossible. Your animal brain may panic as it looks in vain for a solution. It’s future tripping over an unsolvable problem so I try not to think about it much. I am going to take the suggestion below to try meditation.

Weren’t they turning away anyone they thought looked Arab a few months ago at rallies too? For some reason my brain wants to say there was an incident at a Vegas rally?

but at what cost

I love John Brown but will shamefully admit some of it comes from a vestigial West Wing brain compartment that reads all his letters and speeches and feels intoxicated by the illusion of them powerfully moving people to change. I’ll still enjoy them as a treat but I’m trying to kill my inner Aaron Sorkin.

Didn’t Andrew do some shady groomer shit or something?

I love this place not just for its awesome people and good politics, but also because it isn’t designed by tech bros trying to shove ads down our throats or increasingly taking away basic features to sell them back at a premium tier. We get to loiter here and exist for free.

Aww I enjoyed the movie. Yes it was telegraphing its morals so hard it came off like a kid movie at times and some of the internal logic is incredibly silly, but they got a bunch of dumb American meat heads to watch a movie where America was unequivocally the bad guy and they showed what these horrifying conflicts look like from the perspective of regular people just trying to survive

Thanks to neoliberal regulatory capture this stoppage probably just means VIS gets to send some of their staff home and keep all of the FEMA money.

Almost certainly those people logged into linkdn, it witlessly told them Ryan had a new position and had a button you press to “congratulate him” and they all pushed it without even reading what the position was. It’s perfect.

Friend started running a rotation of their and some other peoples original videos 24/7 on a Twitch channel. I want to submit some power hours I made. Basically an hour of 1 minute clips from shows/movies, found footage stuff and music videos. This is obviously against the rules but YouTube has let me post a bunch of them without issue. Sometimes a WWE clip will get the video permanently muted but they've never done anything to my YouTube channel.

Will friend's Twitch channel get nuked into oblivion of they run it? Sorry if this is the wrong comm for this.

The Americas Test kitchen site is broken so I watched a YouTube video and copied their recipe for butternut squash steak with vegan ranch dressing don’t judge me I’m American, okay you can judge me.

It didn’t look as good as their pictures but it rocked l. It was soo good. Flavorful, incredible texture, tender but still firm enough to feel substantial.

Heres the link I couldn’t get to work: https://www.americastestkitchen.com/recipes/12190-vegan-chile-rubbed-butternut-squash-steaks-with-ranch-dressing
