What is a good way to ensure joints' flexibility and health in calisthenics?

I had came across a blog dedicated to the stretching, flexibility and joint health a few years ago. But it got lost. Now i really wanna accumulate that knowledge and till then atleast use some other methods u guys may suggest?

@favrion @AlmightySnoo it's scary how unstable, impulsive, crazy, persuasive they are. I see many jobs getting destroyed after our generation. I can literally not think of how a genz is gonna be like a data analyst. I would like to see many outliers tho.

@1984 definitely. And also makes it easier to do regular things like lifting things while moving a house or even ur bag on the airport.

@STUPIDVIPGUY @aCosmicWave I'm trying and eliminating are sources of entertainment from these websites since the saturation of entertainment content is much more than educational ones now.

@1984 i mean that's the BWT or body weight training, it's which is what makes the core of calisthenics but i meant to ask if u use any equipments too that are not actually for lifting but like having a pull up bar or Parallettes that are helpful with body weight training (using only your weight) itself :)
