what is the limit of equipments that can be used in calisthenics and which single equipment will be most useful?

I just use my body weight... Really seems to work, and it's definently heavy enough to get gains. Maybe not as much as in the gym but gym takes so much time.

@1984 i mean that's the BWT or body weight training, it's which is what makes the core of calisthenics but i meant to ask if u use any equipments too that are not actually for lifting but like having a pull up bar or Parallettes that are helpful with body weight training (using only your weight) itself :)

Not yet but I'm really interested in finding a good pull up bar. Our house is a bit small inside but I was thinking to have something outside so I can really do some pull-ups every day... Just need to find something. Body feels amazing when upper body is strong. :)

@1984 definitely. And also makes it easier to do regular things like lifting things while moving a house or even ur bag on the airport.
