Last night… our house was bombed. The home where we lived every moment… is gone. Every corner held a memory. The wall I used to write on as a kid, the kitchen where we gathered for lunch, the cold tiles under my feet… all turned to rubble.

I can’t really describe the feeling. It wasn’t just a house that got destroyed — it felt like a part of my heart went with it. Home isn’t just walls and a roof. It’s stories, laughter, tears, long nights, and quiet conversations.

And today? I’m standing in front of what’s left, trying to stay strong. Trying to say “it’s okay”… but honestly, nothing feels okay.

Well, I got the paycheck from when I had pneumonia and got $100 less than usual this week 🙃 I'm pretty fucked this week. Don't have any extra hours to work this week either so that sucks. I need to get to outpatient, a food bank and a few AA meetings this week (I would just do zoom meetings but the house has an in person meeting requirement). It's gonna cost about $40 because public transit can't take me to outpatient, but at least the Ubers there are cheap-ish.

My surgical wounds are infected again and I also have another three surgeries coming up (next one this Tuesday coming) so this will be a recurring issue for a while. I need some iodine patches, ointment and powder to treat this. I will gladly accept help in whatever form - either someone ordering them and sending them to me (the patches are available on amazon and the other items on ebay) or sending help to my paypal account so I can buy them. I can't buy anything for myself because of my disability payments having been stopped while I go through appeal.

The patches are £7 a box on amazon right now, the powder is £9.90 on ebay and the ointment is £19.90. The wounds have gotten infected after every surgery and with three more coming up, it's very likely to happen again so I may need multiple of each item.

First and foremost I would like to thank each and every person who had ever gone out on a limb to help me. You have no idea how grateful I am. I am so proud to be a part of hexbear.

I strongly urge anyone who is not familiar with hypoglycemia to please research it. It is very serious. s hypoglycemic attack includes dizziness, drowsiness, irritability, temporary loss of IQ, shaking, and then finally a seizure that lasts a couple of minutes. This is all due to low blood sugar. And if I don't get enough glucose after a seizure then I keep having them every couple of minutes until I get enough glucose.

Currently I am about to have a hypoglycemic attack due to the fact that I have not eaten yet today or had anything to drink that has natural sugar in it. If there is any way at all for someone to please send me a few dollars so that I can buy some orange juice and some kind of healthy food so that I don't have a hypoglycemic attack it would be absolutely amazing. I feel very dizzy right now. Glucose is needed very soon. I hate the fact that I even have to ask for help but I really do in fact need help soon. I really don't want to have a seizure.
