Not that weird. He’s like… an 18 year old kid who grew up pretty sheltered. Pretty much would be child abuse to put him in the public eye given how much attention people would have given him if the family made him open to it.

In that way I feel like the Trump family actually did a pretty great thing for him. Making kids famous, especially in the internet age, and especially especially because of politics, is pretty fucked up.

Yeah, it's so uncharacteristic of Trump not to exploit the marketing potential of his son regardless of whether he's a minor or not. But I have a feeling Melania has a heavy hand in making sure it doesn't happen.
