This is not a saying I've ever heard, I also wonder what it's meant to convey. That the speaker eats wings??
the implication is that you are so good at X that things that would be affected by X cower in fear when they see you, that you basically have a reputation for that specific thing
in the case of wings, its that you are so prolific at wing eating that other wings are scared when they see you
in the case of unsucked penises, the implication is that they won't be unsucked for long
Maybe hate is meant to be sarcastic?
my best guess is "I'm getting head and busting and all these unsucked losers are jealous"
