I said for testosterone and estrogen. Don't know if there's another thing I need to measure
If taking spiro, potassium should be watched and was the only thing my doctor did before prescribing HRT. E and T was only measured after 3 months. Not sure if other anti-androgens have anything in particular with them.
Prolactin for CPA, it can cause some funky issues.
AST and ALT for liver enzymes function and maybe a lipid panel, feminizing hrt is very low risk but hey if you're drawing the blood you can get it checked (tends to be more caused by secondary effects of dysphoria like drinking way too much). It's more essential for masculinizing hrt cause T can be rough.
I checked, gonna take bicalutamide so should do a liver function test as well. Let's see how I will fix that
