I haven't got a virus since I stoped using the public library 14 years ago. Been using mostly Windows 7.
Library computers were notoriously full of malware. Everyone put their malware there. I got several kinds each time I used the USB on those.
That's the only place I have gotten malware from.
I'm not saying windows 7 is not dogshit, it is. I'm saying concerns about hacking and malware are blown way out of proportion. A normal user will never be affected by those as long as you don't go to the public library.
All this fear of hacking, and security concerns us just paranoia. A scam to push shittier oses and anti virus software nobody really needs.
