It's kind of a shit post, except the backpack. The brown jacket he layered over I think might be a Barbour jacket or trucker jacket.
It does look like a sapper or field jacket.
May have found the jacket, a particular Men's Levi's Hooded Sherpa Lined Trucker Jacket in work wear brown.

Nah it's real. Made by Prometheus Designs, but it has a different name the "Defiant Hoodie".
Backpack isn't right either. No black zippers and trim on shooter's.
