I've been highly disappointed with the physical effects of hrt but damn I sometimes really forget how much it helps me mentally. Like it's a total and complete mood shift

this is soooooo accurate and basically the exact same thing happens to us whenever we forget our hrt, glad to see its a common experience xPI used to get this real bad when I was on valerate, especially if I missed medicine day (usually cause I'm sick or having one of those "spend 12 hours hyperfixating on projects" days). Usually took a day or two for the depression to really hit, then another day to feel normal. It's pretty wild.
Has been less of an issue since moving to enanthate.

I mean I am still in an awful mental health state but hrt is like the only thing that makes living in my head possibleOh, then weβre on the same page.
This happened to me when I hit a vein once doing my EV injection. For the next couple of days I was on the top of the world, but then the trough hit hard and I was utterly miserable until injection day.
