Funnily enough, I remember trying to do a renegade playthrough of Mass Effect 1
First opportunity you have is on the first mission, where you're trying to figure out what's going on. There's a pair of scientists hiding in a building, one of them understandably freaked out, and apparently without his medication. The renegade option (which I learned in real time) is rifle butting the guy into unconsciousness
I didn't get past that
