3 of his kids went to the same school without any of them knowing they were half siblings.

This man probably single handedly tripled the accidental incest occurrence in Europe.

The ratio absolutely cannot be above 1.005x, iceland has an anti-incest genealogy app made by the state.

Further reading, this guy donates in multiple countries, which may or may not share data with each other to prevent incest. He's only banned from further donations in the Netherlands.
