In fairness, when my scrawny ass was working refunds and continually hauling water heaters from the front entrance to the compactor in the far back, it was garden that was full of jacked dudes who helped me every once in a while.

Garden and lumber had the best forklift drivers. Building materials and hardware had the jacked dudes from lifting bullshit weight all day.

Home Depot will hire only the ugliest, most beer-bellied men and literal 10/10 college girls. There are no in-betweens. Go to your local Home Depot and look.

[-] surewhynotlem@lemmy.world 31 points 1 month ago

Sounds like your store's manager is a pervert. Time to call corporate.

[-] HeyThisIsntTheYMCA@lemmy.world 21 points 1 month ago

Mine definitely is. The store is full of bears.

[-] Entropywins@lemmy.world 25 points 1 month ago

Would you rather be stuck on a home depot with a bear or...

[-] xx3rawr@sh.itjust.works 10 points 1 month ago

Except that they're literal bears

[-] A_Very_Big_Fan@lemmy.world 9 points 1 month ago

Sounds like an OSHA violation

[-] Kraven_the_Hunter@lemmy.dbzer0.com 11 points 1 month ago

This does not apply where I am. May be your store or regional manager influence.
