This could have been prevented if there were a good dog with a gun in the room.

Everybody's laughing about the dog but skipped right over this part:
he and a woman were lying in bed with a firearm
What the fuck is wrong with these people?
Honestly kind of sounds like this is an "I swear, doc, I sat on it" type situation and they're blaming some role-play escapade gone wrong on the dog
That was my first thought. What dumbass keeps a firearm in their bed?
Ammosexuals
Someone with a lot of enemies
Men don't fuck people, guns fuck people
Are you kink shaming?

"baby you know I can't cum if it isn't loaded..."
🐶 Woof woof
can't believe it didn't shoot a toddler
Guns don’t shoot people pit bulls shoot people.
Darn, beat me to it by a couple minutes.
LOL
MURCA!
Tennessee man shot ~~by his dog while lying in bed~~ due to his own gross negligence.
There, I fixed the headline.
The pit bull haters are having a field day I bet
Follow the cross-post at !nottheonion for more fun on this.
Oh, that's great! Long live nottheonion!
The only way to stop a bad boy with a gun is a good boy with a gun.
Stories like this are funny, but the gun people are reassured that only "stupid" people have gun accidents and this can be solved with PerSonAL ReSPONsability instead of realizing that guns are so omnipresent stuff like this is stochastic fate.
I'd argue that person was being stupid. There's no reason to be lying in bed with a firearm. That, or they didn't tell the truth
That bullet could have gone through a wall and killed an innocent person, all because they wanted to have sex with a gun.
Accidental discharges should put people on a no-gun list.
Not an accident. This was negligence. Actual accidents are pretty rare.
Negligence was having the gun on the bed. The accident was it going off.
And those same folks, when an accident affects them, usually fall back on something like "it wasn't my fault!"
Which is it? It's not your fault, and these things should be regulated more. Or it is your fault, and regulations should dictate that you shouldn't have these firearms any more, and perhaps shouldn't have had them in the first place?
That Baldwin gif is too soon man
This is a great premise for a country song.
Something, something , gun reform would have prevented this.
