typical dutch bicycles tend to have a bit lower nominal weight limits and the front rack often isn't part of the frame but rather it's own part affixed, allthough the lines do get blurry on that one.
Things like these two are more outside the norm, the first one is also a really common bicycle for postal services
I've been saying for years that the USPS should adopt more bicycles as part of its vehicle fleet. Especially in big cities

I'm trying to decide on an ebike. On the one hand, I want some exercise, on the other hand I live on the mid Atlantic and I don't want to arrive drenched in sweat to the bar a half mile away. I would also like to be able to go 50mph to visit my parents 30 min away.
Somewhat related, the Norco Scene is Melbourne Zoo's bike of choice. They ride them around to deliver food and other supplies to the animals. It's a much safer and quieter way to get things around the zoo than driving anything
