I love the interpretations of the dog by Francisco Goya. They're all like 'he's drowning in quicksand’ or 'it expresses desolation'.
Any person who's had dogs knows that dog is begging for food.

Really? Sanji and fire-donut as a pairing?
Just looked up The Dog and I really like this actually
From the same series of paintings that has Saturn Devouring His Son. Goya lived alone and was getting a bit stir-crazy. These paintings were found painted directly onto the walls of his house after he passed. The walls were carefully taken down to preserve and display the paintings.
It makes me exceptionally sad. Probably a combination of knowing more about the period of his life he made those paintings and from just seeing a good boy all alone.
Fuck that hits my emotions really hard. Always love a good piece that achieves a lot with so little.
art is what seperates us from the animals
im pretty sure other animals do art as well.
I'm pretty sure that's skin.
obviously the they believe that animals that do art are separate from the animals.
They are separate from both other animals and us.
Nah, I think this might be better.
