This is totally different from Trump. Trump wanted Republicans to ban TikTok. Biden wants bipartisan support in banning TikTok. Two very different things.

Banning all forms of algorithm based content dispensers would be cool as hell but idk how you'd legislate that. Maybe with the FCC or something
Send a bear into the server rooms of any company confirmed to use them. Fear will keep them in line.
