Looks like there isn't actually a Russian twitter equivalent. VK is Russian Facebook, and OK is their classmates.com equivalent, Zen was the Reddit equivalent previously owned by Yandex, but is now also owned by VK.
Moi mir (my world) is another Facebook clone for the mail.ru service, both of which are also owned by VK.
Everyone else just uses Telegram and WhatsApp.
