Dammit, I ate the onion until your comment. I was thinking Mexico might build some sort of wall to keep the riff raff out of Mexico.
What if we changed it to "Mexican warns of remorseless criminals north of the boarder"?

It would be deeply, deeply ironic if Mexico decided to build a wall to keep US out.
Tightened up visa requirements, making it require an act of Congress to be able to visit Cancun.
I predict a brexit-like reaction from the alt-right.

As a convicted felon, he's already barred from thirtysomething countries. If Mexico isn't yet one, she could totally fix that.
