Mild annoyance. People are also annoyed at the asskissing of Trump in the shutdown message, given that he wanted it shut down last time he was president. IMO people will just move on to whatever else.

Because they don't answer "political questions", they check for contradictions against the constitution, and they don't (in their opinion) think there's any conflicts with the constitution.
Congress could pass a law banning Pizza, and it would be constitutional, however stupid it is.
Yeah, IMO it's a constitutional question. I'm coming at it from the EFF's side:

Honestly, I’m not affected by this blatant attempt to silence people and cut off a means of disseminating news…It sucks, but I know that people will find an alternative platform to use. It won’t be a Meta platform like all the politicians who invested in Meta stocks, would hope it to be. 🤣
