When a clown moves into a palace, he doesn't become a king.

The palace becomes a circus.

America is so fuckitty fucked at this point, but no one in America is paying any attention to what’s going on because they’re all jacked into Amazon prime watching the boys and getting free shipping.

America: your democracy has fallen. I got yelled at for saying there won’t be an America in 4 years and then banned from Reddit for saying as much.

Prove me fucking wrong. At this rate there won’t be an America in 4 months.

They’ve taken all the money away from the people, created an executive order that they have to abide by with the president and assistant and are now calling Trump a king.

Welcome to your new theocracy, enjoy your starvation.

Idiots. All you had to do was vote for the highly educated black woman instead of a rapist, and you fucking chose the rapist.

The average person is a heady cocktail of stupid and ignorant. We all are, to one degree or another.

I feel like one of the problems is we've let "everyone is entitled to their opinion" mutate into "everyone is entitled to their own facts". We just kind of let anti-vaxxers walk around like it's no big deal. We let people wear maga hats and don't treat it like a clear and present danger or the threat that it is. We're too polite about this shit.

If someone walked up to you and was like "I'm gonna shoot you dead later" while holding a gun and a map to your house, you probably wouldn't be like "Cool I respect your opinion."

I mean, some people would. Some people are pacifists, and I guess they'd just get in a death camp politely.

This is what I keep telling everyone. Quit being polite to these people about their insane ideology. If someone does or says something that aligns with the Maga viewpoint of the world, point out that they are an awful person for that. They will then play the victim every time. Do it anyway and as publicly as possible. Arm yourselves with facts and use them to make these people feel like the idiots they are, because derision is the only thing they understand.

Oh there will be America. Germany didn't stop existing just because the Nazi took over. It just won't be the same USA as before...

You're on the right side here but based on the way you're overgeneralizing it doesn't surprise me that you have plenty of bans under your belt

We literally had the option to vote for a prosecutor or a criminal and we voted for the criminal.

Shit nation. Shit populace. Downfall commences.

[–] DarkFuture@lemmy.world 19 points 1 month ago

Traitor, as well as every "American" that supports him.

[–] xorollo@leminal.space 1 points 1 month ago

He's so weird

[–] onecarmel@lemm.ee 11 points 1 month ago

At this point I’m just glad I’ve armed up over the last few months. Got almost a thousand rounds of God’s Nazi-killing caliber stashed, might need more.

[–] kn0wmad1c@programming.dev 10 points 1 month ago

Aww look! The wittle man needs some self-assurance

[–] astrsk@fedia.io 7 points 1 month ago (2 children)

Anyone got a picture of it for those who have the Twitter domains blocked?

[–] BrikoX@lemmy.zip 2 points 1 month ago (1 children)

It's the cover image in the article.

[–] astrsk@fedia.io 2 points 1 month ago (1 children)

I mean of the post itself, including time and date.

[–] BrikoX@lemmy.zip 1 points 1 month ago

Ah, I'm in the same position as you.

[–] mindbleach@sh.itjust.works 6 points 1 month ago

Where this ends has been clear for a fuckin' while now.

The question is who and when.

[–] btaf45@lemmy.world 4 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Taitorapist Trump does that because he knows he is the least respected president ever. The very first thing everybody thinks about Trump wearing is diapers.
