Fairly self-explanatory even if you don't speak Spanish, but it says "Anti-communist Movement - Defenders of Liberty" (lol. lmao), which is also the name of their Florida not for profit organization (Movimiento Anticomunista y Defensores de la Libertad, Inc.)
