Ironically these types of guys are usually French, or English. Both will mock you for attempting to speak their language but also expect everyone to understand them. Often they will use the laziest of stereotypes to try and insult you because, despite living their entire lives within spitting distance of your country, they have an extremely narrow history education that boils down to "Why we were so great from 1000s to WW2 and then history ended". You find them everywhere but in western Europe its those two nationalities disproportionately.
