Having a website that is famous for regularly having CSAM on it make itself the center of attention in opposition to a law that claimed to protect children only reinforces the argument.

I mean he’s dead, and after his death the sexual crimes allegations came out, so yeah his reputation couldn’t be lower. Also he was a friend of thatcher and always deeply creepy so I wasn’t exactly a big fan before he died, and with all the rumours that was hardly a unique opinion at the time either, so I wouldn’t strictly call him a national treasure.

you can be an open neo-nazi website literally called the "Daily Stormer" and Cloudflare still won't ban you from their platform until you (correctly) imply that their inaction in the matter is the result of them sharing your ideology.
I tried to get a scam site that literally steals people's money banned and they wouldn't do anything about it, so I'm not even slightly surprised about this.
They were never down completely, they just temporarily disappeared from the clearnet for a bit. They have their own Onion service.

Tbf, that might be the fault of the fascist women. After all, the whole "gay Nazis" thing was never exclusively male, and I'm sure the lesbian military culture of Western countries in the late 20th century and into the 2000s only made that problem worse. So it might be lesbians posting some of that, not just hypocritical straight men.
Couldn't they just side step this whole thing by geofencing the site?
