Yes. In fact I’d prefer it to whatever the hell it is you’re suggesting

What’s your point here? We should be policing how people dress because having an outfit makes someone feel good? That’s such a non-point. And who’s to says this style of dress doesn’t make Fetterman feel good?

No one’s gonna shit on Claudia de la Cruz because the whole point is it shouldn’t matter what people wear. It’s the content of what they do that matters.

Around me it’s the public schools too

People are very intent on it

I mean in a sane world the whole United States would be associated with virulent racism, but there are certain geographic areas that get a stronger association in the popular imagination. Idaho I think has flown under the radar for far too long.

Oh god completely hear you on the school car lines. I don’t even think my town has gotten rid of the school busses, but every suburbanite parent I guess feels like they have to drive their kid to and from school in a big suv these days. Annoying as hell, and it’s like every single school around here with these lines too.

Lol that’s why I said if we’re gonna do. It’s stupid, but everybody these days seems really into it so if we’re gonna go down that path I say gen x should get more hate

I thought Funkhauser was playing the hardcore Zionist and Larry and Jeff were making fun of him the whole episode?

I do remember that scene, I don’t remember what it was about though. I thought it had something to do with him sleeping with the Palestinian girl

Yeah it was the case in 2016 also that Trump just listens to the last person he’s talked to. I wouldn’t be surprised if Bessent comes out on top. I’ve already seen him portrayed as “the adult in the room,” especially after this recent spat with Musk.

Any idea what wing he represents? I know he worked for a hedge fund. I don’t think of him as one of the Thiel-backed tech bros though

Not beating the coronation allegations.

Also for those who don't know, "the south got something to say" - she's quoting Andre 3000 at the 1995 Source Awards, a historic moment for southern hip-hop. This whole thing is a joke.

The one I was using (fmovies) seems to have shut down, and all the ones that I have tried since seem to be down half the time. They'll go down right in the middle of my movie, and then won't be back up for at least another day. It takes me like 3 days to watch a movie.

Contentious issue I know, but recently I’ve encountered a number of people who believe that Ohio (and sometimes Indiana and Michigan) is not truly part of the Midwest. Which to me is preposterous since I’ve always considered Ohio the most quintessentially Midwestern state. Midwest to me has always been very nearly synonymous with rust belt, but it seems there are a fair number of people who place the Midwest more in what I’d call the Great Plains, or Greater Minnesota. So I’m wondering where do you all place the Midwest.

I always wash my fruit before I eat it when I buy it fresh. Recently I've been buying frozen bluberries and honestly I sort of like just eating them straight out of the bag (after letting them sit out for a little bit). But I'm wondering - should I be washing the berries before I eat them? If they were fresh I'd absolutely wash them but I'm unsure if this is necessary for frozen.

I thought the liberals were all about saving democracy? What happened?
