Nazis are completely incoherent. He thinks Jews are scheming deceivers who are part of a vast and powerful conspiracy controlling, among other things, the courts. But he also doesn't want to have a Jewish lawyer. It makes no sense.

Should've taken the imperial japan approach here and go "Damn these guys are competent, need me one of those"

Proving once again that whoever represents themselves has a moron for a client

[–] godlessworm@hexbear.net 60 points 1 month ago (1 children)

this is why that kanye song heil hitler starts with “im a cuck and the court won’t let me see my kids”. its a universal experience among these types

The legal marriage age should be 30

Save a lot of people having their brain flip to adulthood and look over at their spouse and it's Kanye Shapiro

it has been explained to me that, in the US outside of fictional media, a judge ordering "no" custody is extremely rare and requires the party to pretty objectively be considered a disaster by any reasonable person familiar with the specific circumstances.

supervised visitation on holidays only also implies pretty dire context.

[–] Feinsteins_Ghost@hexbear.net 45 points 1 month ago* (last edited 1 month ago) (3 children)

Yeah, judges offering no contact between one parent and a child is very very rare. Usually only in cases of extreme neglect, abuse, or some other extreme circumstances.

At least in Texas, bare minimum parental involvement tends to be every other weekend, including fifth weekend if the month happens to have one, every thursday for a few hours and every other holiday on some sort of a rolling basis, with summer included. For a parent to be given supervised visits, holidays only which isn't even a whole day, it's a few hours on said day only they have to have gotten some really negative attention, somehow. Sometimes at a neutral place or sometimes at the custodial parents house, either one with s court provided observer who documents every interaction.

I have to wonder what this fucking guy did, really. He has to have some truly abhorrent behaviors, or a drug record or violence record or something of gravity to cause this to take place.

My bullshit radar is going off just because Internet, but if this is correct, he has some nasty shit happening.

I googled the account because I wanted to know more and apparently it's fake, lol. though well crafted.

[–] kristina@hexbear.net 26 points 1 month ago

Probably just started screaming at the judge

[–] TreadOnMe@hexbear.net 16 points 1 month ago* (last edited 1 month ago)

IANAL, but If I were to guess, it was the constant posting of racist bullshit. All judges, but particularly family court judges, do not like posters, and if the other attorney is able to prove that he is a poster, especially a racist one, and the other person is not online, they will put the hammer down, as you are not supposed to discuss this stuff outside of you or your ex's counsel. It's a great way to limit your custody.

That said, this is extreme, and there are likely other circumstances, usually drug related, for even having only supervised visits on holidays and no custody.

(Ah damn it's a fake account)

Judges do really hate when people represent themselves. Might just be out of spite.

Now THAT'S quality Slop yummy

[–] Kuori@hexbear.net 43 points 1 month ago

critical support to the u.s. legal system for this one, keeping this wretched asshole away from his kids is objectively morally good

[–] HelluvaBottomCarter@hexbear.net 41 points 1 month ago

My supreme legal strategy of overtly implying that the judge is part of the Jewish cabal.

[–] Pastaguini@hexbear.net 38 points 1 month ago (1 children)

This has to be parody. “Sparrow hater” sounds like an @ that someone on the left would come up with.

[–] sharkfucker420@lemmy.ml 18 points 1 month ago

Its almost good enough for an alt account

[–] Awoo@hexbear.net 34 points 1 month ago

Judge would immediately think "this guy does not care enough about his kids to even have a lawyer, or is too stupid to realise how important it is to have one for this" as soon as he walks in the room.

the floodgates are starting to open a bit on the generalized acceptability of acknowledging the genocide of Gazans and one of the immediate consequences i'm seeing of this is that internet comments are getting really comfortable with doing out and about antisemitic hate speech. this is what israel wants, and i really don't like that they're getting their way.

[–] footfaults@lemmygrad.ml 18 points 1 month ago (2 children)

immediate consequences i’m seeing of this is that internet comments are getting really comfortable with doing out and about antisemitic hate speech

I would argue that perhaps you are just more aware of it. The use of the (((them))) is a 4chan meme from twenty years ago and all of this really leaked out of 4chan around a decade ago when Trump announced his candidacy

[–] Llituro@hexbear.net 19 points 1 month ago (1 children)

I would argue that perhaps you are just more aware of it.

no, i've been aware and wary of it, and i'm not suggesting that the ((())) stuff is in any way new. i'm saying that every tiktok comment section wasn't filled with it and takes about "them" and "you know who it is" three months ago. overt antisemitism is on the rise because isntrael has succeeded in directly tying together the zionist entity with the jewish identity in people's minds. so for the normal (functionally illiterate) amerikkkan, "the jews" are committing genocide and therefore it's ok to be bigoted towards "the jews."

[–] grendahlgrendahlgen@hexbear.net 9 points 1 month ago

Yeah TikTok comments have become really alarming. Pretty much any video about Gaza has tons of comments just saying the most blatant antisemitic stuff

[–] kristina@hexbear.net 12 points 1 month ago (1 children)

[–] footfaults@lemmygrad.ml 3 points 1 month ago

I know right

[–] mendiCAN@hexbear.net 4 points 1 month ago* (last edited 1 month ago) (1 children)

this is what Israel wants

do you mean "want" as in "wants to normalize conflating antisemitism with anti-zionism"?

[–] Llituro@hexbear.net 10 points 1 month ago

yes, this is a primary goal to justify the need for a theocratic ethnostate. the zionist entity sees itself as being better justified the more jewish people are persecuted globally. currently the various wings of fascist thought in amerikkka are genuinely relitigating the jewish question. it is not out of the question that the amerikkkan fascist entity and the zionist entity in the future collaborate to expel jewish people in the u.s.a. to the zionist entity. in general, the zionist entity sees this as legitimizing for itself.

I'm not versed on Usianism, what's the dogwhistle? The cringe "White man"? "(((lawyer)))"?

[–] Rom@hexbear.net 32 points 1 month ago* (last edited 1 month ago) (3 children)

Yes it's the (((triple parentheses)))

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triple_parentheses

Triple parentheses or triple brackets, or an echo, often referred to in print as an (((echo))), are an antisemitic symbol that has been used to highlight the names of individuals thought to be Jews, and the names of organizations thought to be owned by Jews. This use of the symbol originated from the alt-right-affiliated, neo-Nazi blog The Right Stuff, whose editors said that the symbol refers to the historic actions of Jews which have caused their surnames to "echo throughout history".

[–] Horse@lemmygrad.ml 24 points 1 month ago (1 children)

the symbol refers to the historic actions of Jews which have caused their surnames to “echo throughout history”.

i had no idea that was the origin
the fuck does that even mean? there's a bunch of Cohens so "the Jews" rule the world?
god damn, the Smiths must be galactic overlords or some shit

[–] ZeroHora@lemmy.ml 11 points 1 month ago

I got confused too, with (((lawyer))) the guy is saying that their lawyer is Jewish and giving money to them is bad? He believe that "the Jews" have control of the juridical system? So many layers of racism.

[–] Erika3sis@hexbear.net 19 points 1 month ago* (last edited 1 month ago) (1 children)

neo-Nazi blog The Right Stuff

Let's look into that...

The Right Stuff is a neo-Nazi,^[1][2][3]^ antisemitic^[4]^ and white nationalist^[5]^ blog and discussion forum and the host of several podcasts, including The Daily Shoah. Founded by American neo-Nazi Mike Enoch, the website promotes Holocaust denial,^[6]^ and coined the use of "echoes", an antisemitic marker that uses triple parentheses around names to identify Jewish people.

Doxing incident

In early 2017, Mike Enoch was doxed by fellow neo-Nazis, who revealed that his real name was Mike Peinovich. They also released biographical information which they believe contradicts his professed ideology.^[20][21]^ The dox revealed that Enoch's wife was Jewish and that their wedding had featured traditional Jewish rites and chanting. Enoch was mocked by other neo-Nazis for his Serbian surname; historically, Nazi Germany had classified Serbs as a subhuman race and the Croatian Ustaše puppet regime had perpetrated a genocide of Serbs.

After the doxing, some of Enoch's followers reacted angrily to the information that had been revealed. They circulated forged images of him and his wife which derided their ethnicities.^[1]^ Salon journalist Matthew Sheffield posited that Neo-Nazi podcast listeners speculated that Enoch was Jewish, "controlled opposition", or otherwise disingenuous in his beliefs.

What a thing.

The neo-Nazi triple parentheses, forresten, are not to be confused with the Runet equivalent to LOL, which is just putting three end parentheses at the end of your sentence like so))) — I've also seen open parentheses to indicate feeling sad, like so(((

It's also noted that (((triple parentheses))) were historically texting slang for a "cyberhug", but nobody does that anymore for obvious reasons.

Neo-Nazis also use )))inverted triple parentheses((( around the names of antisemites, and some Jews use triple parentheses around their own names as a form of reclamation.

[–] Zuzak@hexbear.net 13 points 1 month ago

It also used to be used in "birb" memes, but that also died when it started taking on the Nazi meaning

[–] Belly_Beanis@hexbear.net 10 points 1 month ago

There was also a podcast or some shit that would make mentions of Jews echo, which AFAIK was where the dogwhistle started. So if they were talking about a Jewish person named "Rothstein," the name would sound like "R-rothstein...stein...stein..." while the rest of their sentence was unaltered. Transcripts of the podcast would use parentheses to demonstrate the effect.

[–] SnarkoPolo@lemm.ee 19 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Those kids are better off.

[–] nfreak@lemmy.ml 1 points 1 month ago

Just need a full restraining order instead of allowing this asshole to have any visitation rights.

[–] MarmiteLover123@hexbear.net 18 points 1 month ago

I'll be representing myself

I already knew the outcome after reading that.

[–] SkingradGuard@hexbear.net 15 points 1 month ago

How do people like that even have children, they're despicable.

[–] mayo_cider@hexbear.net 15 points 1 month ago

Antisemitists are getting too comfortable, glad the kids are safe
