Next time Noem speaks out of turn, do the same to her. But in all seriousness, if there’s another non GOP president in the future, he better be a left wing dictator who throws all these Magats in a gulag, otherwise he’s stupid.

How is it possible to disrespect a dog-killer?

This is fascism. No one is coming to save us.

Facism is the weaponization of fear and fraternity. We just need to make them more afraid of us than we are of them. The good news is that it's pretty easy to find where local LEO live, where their kids go to school, who their spouses are, what cars they drive, etc.

Also due to the fraternal nature of police, armed services, ice, etc. it would be surprisingly easy to make an application that resonates with them who's actual purpose is to do nothing but spy on them steal their details and their contact information so that you can build out complete maps of their social networks along with names addresses children spouses etc.

The protests in the street are to show that we're angry. It's us being polite, and giving them a chance.

If we don't accomplish our goals through those peaceful protests the next phase won't be in public you won't see crowds you'll just see a lot of police funerals, job postings for new officers, and houses for sale.

If police continue to raise the stakes they're going to find out pretty soon that it doesn't really take a whole lot of people or effort to hose them down with a 30:1 mix. At that point If they fire anything, or a spark gets near them, they'll all be fucked. Out of commission for the foreseeable future. Just look at how they act. they always crowd together, try to form shield lines, etc. They think that staying close will keep them safer. It just makes them easier to light on fire

Just have a bunch of dedicated protesters show up in ice outfits pretend like you're dropping off supplies at the back of the police lines nonchalantly drop a smoke grenade and then steal an APC. There's so much f****** chaos right now that by the time they realize what's going on what are they going to do? They don't have the f****** equipment to stop their own vehicles.

Part of that press conference was about how doxxing ICE was going to be acted upon.

I like the way you think!

You better act quickly because they're not wasting time.

Hey House and Senate Republicans. This will be you someday if you move against Trump. You've been worried about getting primaried if you oppose him, but the stakes just went up. If you have a brain in your head... I know, wishful thinking, but if you do, you will impeach him now.

Remember how the people who were going to hang the Republican Vice President got pardoned? The Republicans are too chicken to stand up to Trump. We'd have to give a majority to a different party to see any action taken, but I'm sure we'd rather bicker about foreign policy and a socialism Litmus test.

[–] clutchtwopointzero@lemmy.world 3 points 14 hours ago

republicans created a monster

[–] BrianTheeBiscuiteer@lemmy.world 8 points 14 hours ago

[–] foggy@lemmy.world 49 points 20 hours ago (2 children)

I think the commenter was hoping the senator is okay.

[–] MajinBlayze@lemmy.world 9 points 20 hours ago

Oh, that tracks...

[–] conditional_soup@lemm.ee 2 points 15 hours ago* (last edited 15 hours ago)

I mean, there's all these pictures of Trump, but not a single good shot.

[–] SoupBrick@pawb.social 23 points 20 hours ago (1 children)

The encounter, and the image that quickly spread online of a senator being handcuffed in a hallway as a cabinet official held a news conference steps away, highlighted rising national tensions as politicians and others speak out against workplace raids and President Trump’s military deployments on U.S. soil. It came as troops prepared to mobilize in several states, and as the spreading protests against the administration’s immigration crackdown showed no sign of slowing.

Ah yes, that is what it indicates, rising tensions.

They're going to "objectively" cover the march to their own executions.

[–] someguy3@lemmy.world 7 points 19 hours ago (1 children)

This is what you voted for protest-non-voters.

[–] zbyte64@awful.systems 1 points 14 hours ago

They are getting the war they voted for.
