Be a real shame if something were to happen to these guards that gave them lifelong complications.
I like how there's emphasis on English being a requirement, but no other languages.
"Wow the inmates did a really funny prank! We had no idea what they were planning because we're American and in America, we speak American!"
They'll just channel the energy of their slavedriving ancestors and beat the prisoners if they speak in a language that isn't English.

I could see a lot of people taking that. I'm not gonna excuse the kapos, but if you have no morals and few prospects it's way better than a lot of other shit jobs in terms of pay. It is kind of depressing that the bad guys aren't even really doing well from their evil, at this point most of them are in it for the love of the game.
