I haven't even watched Trek other than in elementary and middle school when I watched TNG every day after school (and then the Chris Pine movies when I was in grad school), and I still love Risa.
I have absorbed just enough of the lore through general nerd osmosis to understand the memes, and it's fantastic.

The important thing is that the effects are exponential so an equal amount added to this would be far more effective at renouncing bat shit from their mouths.
