Not getting cancer? Fucking 
I got checked for skin cancer as a secondary to something else and needed to schedule surgery to address relatively quickly. Turns out the recommendation is you get checked annually starting at 25, part of me feels compelled to pass this on since I had no idea.
The skin exam was fairly cheap, the biopsies to confirm were not, so good luck I guess.

I'd like to try bugs, I'm just wary of the texture, any experiences or tips for preparation?
Most available applications of the bugs in the global North are in flour form, so the texture is not such a big issue. You add them to other dishes to supplement nutrition. I personally dislike this approach to food, but if it gets you trying them, why not.
If you want to try and make your own, search for videos of how to make "tacos de chapulines" (it helps if you can understand Spanish). In my experience, the simplest, tastiest bug dish I've had.
Eat some crunchy maleun saewoo bokkeum. Dried fried crunchy tiny shrimp.
