I'm also genuinely curious about how such an org would be structured, since there are two natural axes of inequality: differences in income/clout between streamers, and an imbalance of power/wealth between streamers and staff, both of which can be substantial. Would it be more suited to a dual-org system, where the staff forms a workers co-op and the streamers form a consumer co-op? I profess my ignorance about the nitty-gritty of cooperative operations, so if anyone has any insight I'd love to hear it.
