You doomed me to hell.
Italians eat meatballs with roast potatoes, which makes more sense if you think of it like Italian meatloaf
Pack my bags, I'm going to China!
Lucky.
I spend my evenings in India but every morning I wake up in Colombia.
White breakfast?
Alright, so it says on the back that the packs were manufactured in Thailand with a unique recipe... But instant noodles were invented in Japan, so there's that... But instant noodles were based on ramen, which in turn derive from various Southern Chinese noodle dishes... Uhmmm... So... Uhhh... Y'know... Uhhh... Hmmm...
Thailand is nice.
They have a king and a flag that looks a lot like the Norwegian vimpel, it'll be like I never left the old weathered north.
Ramen is based on {拉面|lāmiàn} which is northern Chinese. It's generally Halal owing to the Muslim population of 兰州.
I thought ramen was named after lamian but not actually derived from it...
Mexico, specifically Oaxaca. Yiss
Mexico or El Salvador for me I eat most of my meals from the taco truck by my house or the taqueria by my work.
Shit I miss tlayuda and that chocolate drink they make there. Not to mention a good taco where the meat is kept in that big bowl thing they have. Just the tortillas even, I miss them
Mexico probably.
India creeping up ever since I learned to make paneer though.
EDIT: wait is restaurant Mexican food in the US mostly Tex-Mex? Does that just mean Texas?
you might get lucky and get new mexico or california lol
Sick, I finally get high speed rail.
Not sure if China or Mexico
Both are nice.
Mexico, which is cool because I haven’t been there since I was a kid.
I want to visit some day, love mexican food and love to have some authentic stuff.
WOAH AYYY I GOT MARINARA GRAVY AS MY FRIGGIN' BLOOD TYPE OVA 'ERE
i'm ripped into atoms as all the foods I eat are made from ingredients sourced around the world
because it makes sense to peel fucking garlic in spain and ship it to america
no i will not peel my own garlic, god that's tedious I eat a lot of garlic people
Just smash the garlic, like give it a big smack with your knife and that'll peel it and mince it
Probably Lebanon would be closest
uh taco bell so probably SoCal?
china
A Kelloggs factory in Missouri
I guess I'm staying where I am
The entire Mediterranean erupt in a horrible war over who invented the concept of grabbing bread around food/putting food in bread. The pita and gyros/döner/dürum/etc.
"It looks like Turkey is winning and- WHOS ENTRANCE MUSIC IS THAT? BAH GAWD THATS MÉXICO RUNNING DOWN THE TOP RAMP AND- OH MY GAWWWWD THE FIRST NATIONS JUST HIT THEM WITH A STEEL CHAIR".
The real answer is probably that I would be teleported to Italy though, I eat a lot of pasta and risotto. I guess I'd book a room in a hostel, chill for a few days and then see if I can buy an interrail pass outside of my own country. Could be I go to Japan though, I slurp down ramen and sushi. In that case I'm fucked.
slightly further south, if at all.
Japan, oddly enough.
Korea or China with some vacations in the Mediterranean
Before I became vegan it would probably have been Mexican, now it'd be Asian/Indian. I'm cool with either. Do I get a free bilingual upgrade along with it?
Mexico
Thailand.
luckily this won't be a big change for me. i live in spain and probably eat spanish food most often.
This is a great question but difficult because I rotate so much that it's honestly hard to know what I eat more of in particular. Probably either Thailand or China though. Both good choices.
Would prefer Thailand for the weather and people, would prefer China for the politics and economy.
Italy, most likely; second and third are likely the Balkans and orientalism in food-form.
I would be poofed out of existence ftom my couch, and back into existence on my couch. Most of my food is just random smatterings of what I want/have/ have to eat to fit my macros.
Example: chicken breast, bowl of mixed vegetables, grapes, and ice cream.
the wheat for that pizza was probably grown in the US so you're going to the US
specifically like nebraska or something
I'm going to teleport from central China to 东北 China. Which would save me on a HSR trip, I guess...
Italy or Morocco right now I guess. End up eating mostly pasta and various kinds of couscous based salads in summer.
Mexico, Greece, or India there are too many good taquirias in my area and I cook a ton of Greek, Indian, and Mexican food at home.
Would not get teleported, I mostly eat very basic local homecooked food.
Chinese. But I'm already in China so I guess whatever.
I grew up in an Italian household so like 90% of the recipes I know by heart are Italian, so Italy for me.
Runner up would be Vietnam, cause there was a pho place near the long term care home I used to work at and I'd eat there almost every day for an entire year.
